the air conditioner was not in good condition, cannot be adjusted and was very dusty. there was no available bathroom nor bedroom slippers and it was very noisy, you can hear the voices talking and even shouting on the other room as in literal na "dingding lang ang pagitan". in fairness towels and soap was provided so thank you for that.

The staff are excellent. They are approachable and attentive to my concerns.

There is no bidet in their bathroom... there is no rag outside the bathroom, toilet bowl color brown, no slipper, no shampoo only soap. You can hear the unusual doings the other rooms.

It served the Christmas stay nicely. Great value.

The area is within the city. Very accessible. Jeepneys and tricycle and taxi is plenty since it is near the main road of the city which is A.B. Fernandez Ave. Great and courteous staff from the frontdesk to cleaner to security guard. The view is awesome since it is beside Pantal river.

The only downside is flooding that you have to transfer your vehicle to higher ground especially when high tide and heavy rains meet. Overall Im satisfied.

- No toothbrush and toothpaste included. - The alley going to the building is not nice. It smells bad and do not look good. But its not the fault of the establishment.

You can't hear the noise outside which is good. It was raining and I'd slept very well cause the room is sound proof, Enough space but room smells chlorine. Location is just along the high way. 5-10 mins drive to the bus station by trycicle. The porter is so helpful.

Labatory is dirty and slippery, no hot water, everytime I leave I need to handover my key in the receptionist area and I will ask them again to take it when Im back at the hotel which is inconvenience for me.

This was very cheap, last minute, clean and comfy bed and hot shower. Simple. No frills. Sometimes that’s all you need and it’s all we needed for this stay.

Quietness of the area during our one night. It is located in the city ( I think ) that seemed away from chaotic city madness,which I 'd like & that 's why I was able to sleep that night on our arrival. Their is no ambience on the surrounding of this Inn if a customer wants to spend a few minutes outside . Wished they have & least a small garden , a place to sit down@ the front yard for their customer who love to spend to stay outside for fresh air( I know there is no fresh air in the congested city of Dagupan, but a nice small garden for an Inn as this @ their entrance area would give a better view/ or a feeling of customer's welcome.

The room we stayed needs a bathroom fixing/ updating. Under the sink was wet when we inspected the entire room. The corners around the floor under the lavatory was black or molded & seemed that the bathroom was never scrubbed. There was no complimentary hand soap (@ least a mini bar soap to wash our hand. Glad we have ours), 2 bath towels .. I guess for customers that were in the bathroom were very old & ruggeddy because towel's thread were threading off around the towel.I for one, I wouldn't want my visitor to use it. Sorry, I just used it for bathroom rug plus the lavatory floor was wet anyway as I mentioned it earlier. Old blanket.. thinning already .. was used as their top sheet for their bed, I'm glad we brought our own bedsheet ( our customary for us to carry one for emergency purposes). No elevator . We took long stairway to reach their front desk . Not good with knee problems folks!!! But they have courteous/ kind porters that carried our big 2 baggages to the 2nd floor. Yes, 2nd floor is where the their front desk & Inn floors located. Not very welcoming feeling for this start to get in to the inn, but porters were very nice, helpful & friendly, their 2nd floor simple Christmas decorations enlightened our feeling.. ** The Plus for this room: 2 full size beds for 2 people. Room phone, but there's a fee to use to call outside the building. I think it's free only to call the desk for questions. Aircon was working but noisy. Bathroom Shower was working, but no shower sandal provided, especially as I mentioned earlier.. I don't think they scrub the bathroom floor.

All the staff are friendly and very helpfull you didnt notice that the hotel need an upgrade.

A little bit hard to find need a bigger hotel signs on the main road

Food service is fast, even if it came from another hotel.

Water heater I think needs some maintenance. The water looks yellowish but does not smell rusty. It's just yellowish.

I like the room, the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff

The entrance and stairs will not so be comfortable, especially to senior citizens and PWDs.

Aircon is too noisy,with the many hotels that ive checked in this is the only one that has no complimentary water, smells bad because of the cleaning agent being used

Sorry but the inn failed me at almost everything. There is only one thing that I liked, and it was the strong flow of water from the shower.

The inn needs many improvement especially in terms of cleanliness which is the most important of all no matter how cheap the accommodation is. The bed looked like they havent changed the sheets, the toilet obviously wasnt cleaned cos I saw a shampoo sachet and a hairstrand inside the bowl and the room smelled like molds. The comfort room was too small and the shower head has brown stains.

The location is accessible with public transport.

The wall adjacent to our room was already dilapited; The ceramic floor was a little bit sticky and the room (main) door was made only from PVC.

The bathroom there was no bidet the faucet was leaking there are only 2 socketsfor charging no sockets for hair drier inside the bathroom no rugs in the bathroom and no complimentary water
